The Courthouse Gallery+Studio ships products and artworks within Australia. International shipping may be available on request and is subject to additional costs.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During exhibition changeovers, public holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the item.

Large or fragile artworks may require specialised freight services. Additional freight charges may apply and will be communicated prior to dispatch where necessary.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and carrier services. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Local Collection

Where available, customers may choose to collect purchases from our premises during business hours. Collection arrangements will be confirmed following purchase.

Damaged or Lost Items

Customers should inspect items upon delivery and notify us within seven (7) days if an item has arrived damaged.

Where possible, please provide photographs of any damage to assist with assessment and insurance claims.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, freight providers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
