Workshops, Events and Programs

Refund requests made more than 7 days before an event or workshop may be eligible for a full refund.

Refund requests made within 7 days of an event are generally not eligible for a refund unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Where possible, tickets may be transferred to another participant.

If the Courthouse Gallery+Studio cancels an event, workshop or program, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund; or

• A transfer to a rescheduled date.

Artwork and Retail Purchases

Refunds, replacements and repairs are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind refunds are not generally available for artwork purchases.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographs where possible.
